- Get 500 grams pork belly,or a part you like
- Get 1/2 tbsp crushed coriander seeds

- Slice pork belly into half inch thick ,place in large mixing bowl,add all ingredient ,mix well ,marinade pork and keep in fridge for 3 hours ,or bake it immediately at 180c until cook and crispy,approximately 30 mins,flip on haf way
- Chop to bite size ,serve hot with my spicy sauce ,or sauce for grill dish :)
