- Grease a 9*5 loaf pan and set aside
- In small bowl mix brown sugar and Cinnamon and set aside
- In your mixer bowl add white sugar and butter and mix until smooth
- Beat in eggs one at a time and then add the vanilla
- In another bowl sift flour and baking powder together
- Slowly mix in the flour to butter mixture
- Add in milk and mix until smooth and set aside
- In a small bowl peel and chop your apples
- Add the sugar and cinnamon to the apples and mix together
- Pour half of your cake mix in your loaf pan
- Add half of your apples on top of cake mix
- Add half of your brown sugar mix on top of your apples… Take a fork and lightly press the apples in your cake mix
- Repeat steps… Add cake mix.. Apples.. Brown sugar mix and again pat down in cake mix
- Bake for a hour… Use tooth pick and insert in middle making sure it comes out pretty clean to ensure its done… I baked mines for 1 hour and 4 minutes
- While your apple loaf is baking prepare the cream glaze …in small bowl add sugar and the milk and mix well
- Once your apple loaf is done let cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.. I use butter knife around edges for easy removal… With a spoon drizzle cream glaze over top and enjoy
