- Cook the pasta until tender put in a sieve
- Put oil in a pan and heat it up
- Add the onions,garlic and ginger and stir fry until brown.add the tomatoes,pepper and the veggies and fry
- Add the seasonings
- Pour the fried sauce into the pasta and stir probably and leave to cook for 2 minuets
- Add the fried plantain and grilled chicken and mix all together
- Serve hot
