  4. Add the powdered sugar and the mango puree gradually and whip the curd with an electric / hand mixer for a good 15-20 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the saffron milk and the cardamom powder and fold in gently.
  6. Keep the Aamrakhand in a serving bowl and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours.
  7. Serve chilled!
