- In a mixing bowl take the hung curdand mix well with the electric beater till it becomes fluffy and smooth in texture.
- Now add 1 tbsp honey, A2 cow ghee and sugar and mix well.
- To this add 2 tsp saffron milk and mix well along with cardamom powder and dry ginger powder. Finely add chopped dry fruits
- Ayurvedic Shrikhand is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve chilled.
