- Mix the mentsuyu sauce with the rice, wrap in plastic wrap, and shape into a nameko shape.
- Place white rice into the plastic wrap, add in your favorite ingredients, and make a round rice ball.
- Make the eyes, mouth, and the scale leaves (hakama) with nori seaweed.
- Cut the ham into a sakura shape. Slice the boiled broccoli stem, and cut into leaf shapes.
- Once the rice balls have cooled, stick on all of the parts, and it is done! (Stick the leaves on with uncooked spaghetti noodles.)
