  1. Peel the garlic cloves and onion. Put all * ingredients and garlic in a bowl of water and apple vinegar. Wait for a couple of minutes. Rinse and pat dry. I recommend doing this to remove the grime and dirt. You can always wash them according to your preference.
  2. Dice * ingredients. Mash the garlic and slice or grate into fine pieces. Combine all ingredients in a big bowl, stir continuously for a minute or so until they are all mixed evenly.
  3. Pulse them a few times using blender or food processor. Correct the taste if necessary. You can consume it right away. I advise you to leave it overnight in the fridge, it will taste better the following day.
