Instructions to make Dan wake:
- Soak potash in water….mix flour,baobab (kuka)and a pinch of salt,nd den add ur soaked potash n little amount of cool water and mix it well until u get a soft mixture..not too thick n not watery
- Put water in pot and place it on fire and allow it yo boil.be picking ur mixture using ur fingertips and putting it inside ur boiled water.Allow it to cook for like 10minutes.
- Drain from fire and put in fresh hot water.then u fry ur oil with onion.serve with maggi,oil n yaji…serve hot😋
