Instructions to make Danwake:
  1. Sift your flour in a bowl,add 2 tbspn kuka and 2 tnspn soaked potassium, add water and stir to form a soft and sticky dough
  2. Put water in a pot,set on fire add your egg and let it boil,when it starts boiling, be scooping the mixture into the water with your hands making small balls or using a spoon
  3. Allow to boil for 10 minutes or so after finishing, then remove from the hot water and put in cold water to remove the starch,pour in a bowl, add fried oil,sliced boiled egg,pepper and maggi and serve. U can add lettuce or cabbage,tomato,onion and cucumber as you wish
