- Slice the pork into 5 cm strips. Chop the onion in half and slice thinly. Slice the carrot thinly as well. Get rid of the stem and de-seed the bell peppers before cutting into thin strips and lastly julienne the ginger.
- Grease the frying pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil and turn up the heat to high. Add the pork and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Next, add the onion, carrot, bell peppers and ginger and quickly stir-fry. Pour in the sake, cover the pan with a lid and steam.
- Once the liquid has mostly evaporated mix in the oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Taste it, and if you think it needs more soy sauce, add another teaspoon. Lastly, add in the sesame oil and mix to complete.
- Transfer to a plate and sprinkle over some sesame seeds to serve.
