Instructions to make Peanut Ham Hock Stew:
  1. PREASURE COOKING METHOD
  2. Brown pork then add garlic ,cinnamon stick ,star anis ,dark soysauce with light soy sauce and 5 spice then add in the peanut and water
  3. transfer all ingredients to a preasure cooker and cook on high for 35 minute
  4. let it simmer for 10 minute till sauce are started thicken then off heat
  5. Serve immediately or For best flavour let it start in the pot for minimum 1hour so that the flavour becomes stronger then reheat it
  6. COOKING ON STOVE OPTION
  7. Braised all ingredients in a pot in low heat for minimum 2 to 3 hours
