Eggs, believe it or not, can be truly terrific at dealing with depression. You must make sure, though, that what you make includes the yolk. Some grains are truly excellent for driving away bad moods. Barley, millet, quinoa, etc are fantastic at helping you feel better. They fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods as well. It’s not difficult to feel low when you feel famished! These grains can improve your mood because it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your glucose levels which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.
