- Make thin pieces of Capsicum, Onions, Spring Onions, Cabbage, Green Chillies
- Gently stir fry the onions by adding tumeric powder, dont overcook it
- Let it look like this
- Then add spring onions and chillies and do the same
- Add capsicum or pepper
- Add some garlic salt or normal salt and red chilli powder and stir it gently.
- These salt are good
- Thin pasta strings will be good, just add some salt and oil during boiling so they won't stick with eachother and wash it gently with cold water.
- Add pasta and soy sauce as much as you feel like adding and mix it well
- This ladle will be easier to mix it well.
- Beat the eggs
- Cook it in medium
- Cut it in thin slices
- Then serve as you like it.
