  1. For the sesame dressing: Put the hot chicken stock and tahini or ground sesame paste in a bowl, and mix until the sesame is dissolved.
  2. Put in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. If you are making a large batch, heat the chicken stock (made in advance) with the other ingredients in a pot over low heat.
  4. If you prefer regular "soy sauce dressing," add all the "soy sauce dressing" ingredients to the chicken stock and mix well. I choose which dressing to make depending on my mood.
