- In a small sauce pan combine the sugar and the lemon juice. Cook on medium low heat.
- Whisk frequently till all the sugar is dissolved and the syrup is clear.
- In a 2 quart glass pitcher (8 cups) add 6 cups of cold water.
- Carefully pour the syrup into the pitcher, scraping the sides of the pot.
- Add the Himalayan Sole and stir.
- Serve chilled over ice and enjoy.
