- Place on a heatproof plate, wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes. They're done when they have swelled and the surface has dried!

Studies prove that this specific amino acid can actually induce brain waves. This helps improve your mental acuity while relaxing the rest of your body. You probably already knew how easy it is to become healthy when you consume green tea. Now you know green tea can help improve your mood as well!
