  2. Get 1 cup Crab meat (can be imitation)
  3. Take 4 Tilapia
  4. Make ready 1/3 cup Bread crumbs
  5. Make ready 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  6. Get 1 Egg
  7. Prepare Old bay seasoning
  8. Take 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions to make Crab Stuffed Tilapia:
  1. Ensure all meats are thawed
  2. Preheat oven to 350
  3. Chop crab meat and put in a bowl
  4. Combine mayo, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, egg, bread crumbs, season with old bay and mix with crab meat. Feel free to add any additional seasonings to your liking (I added oregano, salt, pepper and paprika also)
  5. Season tilapia lightly with pepper. I added cayenne pepper also. (I like a little spice)
  6. Spray baking pan with non-stick oil
  7. Lay the tilapia in the pan, spoon the crab meat on top covering the tilapia. Place another piece of tilapia on top using toothpicks to keep them sandwiched.
  8. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 min. (I left mine in longer because I like my tilapia to crunch around the edges.
  9. Remove from oven and voila! I garnished mine with Parmesan cheese and served it over a bed of white rice! ๐Ÿ˜‹
