The ingredients needed to make Coffee Frappe:
  1. Prepare 1 cup Cold Milk
  2. Make ready 3 tbsp Boiling water
  3. Make ready 3 tbsp Coffee Creamer
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp Sugar
  5. Make ready 1 tsp Bru Instant Coffee heaped
Instructions to make Coffee Frappe:
  1. Mix coffee in about 3 tablespoon of boiling water. Now in a blender jar along with the coffee mix, add all the other ingredients and blitz until creamy for a minute or so.
  2. Coffee frother can also be used but blender works just perfect for this one. Serve it right away with a pinch of coffee powder dusted on top.

Serotonin is called the “feel good” chemical substance and it tells your brain how you should be feeling day in and day out. The more serotonin in your brain, the better you’ll feel. Not only that, nuts, particularly, are a great protein source.

If you would like to overcome depression, try eating some cold water fish. Cold water fish such as tuna, trout and wild salmon are chock full of DHA and omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that promote the quality and the function of your brain’s grey matter. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can actually help you overcome depression.

It’s not hard to fight your bad mood when you eat grains. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are terrific at helping you feel happier. These foods can help you feel full for longer also, helping you feel better. It’s easy to feel depressed when you feel hungry! These grains can help your mood elevate as it’s easy for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your sugar levels which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You were simply waiting to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid essentially induces brain waves. This will better your brain’s concentration while also relaxing the rest of your body. You knew green tea could help you feel so much healthier. Now you are well aware that it helps you to elevate your moods as well!
