- Soak peas for 2 hours and boil in pressure cooker for 3 whistle and cook. Once cook strain the water and keep aside.
- Take a pan add oil add mustard seeds cumin seeds pinch hing add curry leaves and green chilli. Once get fragnant add onion saute it. Till golden brown add gram flour and saute then add tomatoes ginger garlic paste and dry masala, jaggery lemon squeeze and saute and mix everything till it releases oil.
- Add boil eyed peas and potatoes and 2 cup water add it in pressure cooker and again take 1 whistle. Once pressure cools down take it in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. This can be served with rice and roti.
