The ingredients needed to make Starbuck's Frappe:
  1. Prepare Concentrate
  2. Get 2 cup boiling water
  3. Take 1/2 cup instant coffee
  4. Prepare 1 cup sugar
  5. Get 1 tbsp vanilla
  6. Prepare Topping
  7. Get 1 Whipped cream,caramel or chocolate ice cream topping and crushed ice.

Instructions to make Starbuck's Frappe:
  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients together until sugar and coffee is dissolved.Cool.Keep it stored in the fridge until you want to make it.
  2. To make a frappe: Mix 1/4 cup of concentrate with one cup of milk in a glass.Add more OR less concentrate depending on how strong you want it.
  3. Add ice cubes, whipped cream and ice cream topping if you want to..it's good however you make it!
  4. Mocha Frappe: Mix in 1/4 cup cocoa with the sugar and coffee in step 1.
  5. Caramel Frappe: Add 1 cup of caramel ice cream topping instead of the sugar in step 1.

Many of us think that comfort foods are not good for us and that we should stay away from them. Often, if your comfort food is candy or another junk food, this is true. Otherwise, comfort foods can be really nutritious and good for you. There are some foods that basically can boost your moods when you eat them. Build a trail mix out of seeds and/or nuts. Your mood can be improved by consuming peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etcetera. This is because seeds and nuts have a lot of magnesium which raises your brain’s serotonin levels. Serotonin is a feel-good chemical that dictates to the brain how to feel at any given time. The more serotonin you have, the happier you are going to feel. Nuts, along with bettering your mood, can be a great source of protein.

If you would like to defeat depression, try eating some cold water fish. Salmon, herring, tuna, mackerel, trout, and so on, they’re all loaded with omega-3s and DHA. These are two things that truly help the grey matter in your brain run a lot better. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can actually help you overcome depression.

Grains can be excellent for driving away a bad mood. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are fantastic at helping you be happier. They help you feel full too which can truly help to better your mood. Feeling hungry can truly make you feel terrible! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are not difficult for your body to digest. You digest these foods faster than other things which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.

Green tea is excellent for moods. You were just anticipating to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea is high in a particular amino acid known as L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This helps raise your mental acuity while relaxing the rest of your body. You already knew that green tea helps you be better. Now you know green tea can help improve your mood also!
