  1. Select papaya..today i choose the one still firm,but color turn to yellow..this give me sweetness,so i dont add any sugar, this portion is for my sister
  2. Peel,thinny slice papaya
  3. 2 chilli,2 clove of garlic,crush by pestel and mortar
  4. Add yard long bean slicd,eggplant sliced,tomto sliced,crush
  5. Add lime juice,sugar,fish suce,mix well,taste…add to your liking flavor inthis step
  6. Add thinny sliced papaya,mix well and serve with some grills :)
