- Add salt, pepper and ginger.
- Lay a heavier sprinkle of cinnamon over base layer. (Dont bury like a sandpit, but be apple to see a light coating.)
- Cut chicken into chunks about the size btwn lady fingers and a twinkie.
- Cover chicken with remaining apple, tomato and onion.
- Sprinkle a fair amount of cinnamon over the top layer.
- Cover with craisins.
- Place dutch oven into a preheated oven at 375°F. 45-60mins should become very aromatic. This means its done.
- Remove from oven. Do NOT lift the lid. Allow to sit for about 15mins so the juices and disperse and settle.
