  1. Caramelize onions and garlic in a large skillet than add to crock pot.
  2. For 2-3 minutes brown peppers, add half to crock pot set other half aside.
  3. Add Turkey to skillet and brown. When mostly browned add peppers back to skillet and finish browning. Add to crock pot.
  4. Add beans, tomatoes, celery and spice blend to crock pot. Stir thoroughly.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4, enjoy on it's own or with aged gouda cheese sprinkled on top.
