The ingredients needed to make Crockpot Chili:
  1. Get 1 lb Or more of ground turkey, beef, Chicken, etc.
  2. Take 2 can Beans - any kind, I used kidney
  3. Take 1 Onion chopped
  4. Take 1 can Tomatoes - I used 24 oz. diced. You can use crushed or sauce too- can even use fresh tomatoes
  5. Prepare 1 cup Tomato sauce
  6. Make ready 1 envelope Chili seasoning, I used McCormick, you can also use a combination of chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt pepper, oregano, I am an improvisor!!
  7. Make ready Garnish
  8. Make ready 1 as needed Sour cream
  9. Prepare 1 bunch Grated cheese, cheddar, or anything else
Instructions to make Crockpot Chili:
  1. Sauté onion and brown meat in a pan for a few minutes.- until cooked.
  2. Add all ingredients to crock pot and stir.
  3. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
  4. You can stir in a bag of frozen mixed veggies or other veggies 30 minutes before serving.

Studies have found that this particular amino acid can essentially induce brain waves. This will improve your brain’s concentration while also calming the rest of your body. You were already aware that that green tea helps you be better. Now you are aware that it can help improve your mood as well!
