The ingredients needed to make Chorizo Quesadillas:
- Make ready 1 Cacique beef or pork chorizo
- Prepare 4 hot dogs
- Take Bacon
- Take 1/4 small onion
- Prepare 1 jalapeño (optional)
- Make ready Oil
Steps to make Chorizo Quesadillas:
- Cut bacon/ham into small pieces (about 1/2) and hot dogs into 4s (triangle pieces)
- Cut onion and pepper into small square pieces
- Take chorizo out of packing and place in hot skillet; add two table spoons of oil. Cook at medium temperature
- Once chorizo is almost fully cooked (not burned), add onion, and jalapeño
- When onion turns a clear color, add ham and hot dogs
- Mix, add about 1/4 cup of water and bring to boil
- Lower heat, cover, and cook for 5 minutes
- Once ready, set aside
- Heat flour or corn tortillas just enough to soften (I prefer flour)
- Add cheese and chorizo mix
- Fold, turn occasionally until crisp or leave tortilla soft
- Enjoy!! (Taste great without jalapeños, and if you don't eat pork, you can use beef chorizo and turkey in place of ham)

It’s not hard to overcome your bad mood when you consume grains. Quinoa, barley, teff, millet, etc are all good for helping you be in a happier state of mind. They help you feel full too which can actually help to improve your mood. Feeling famished can actually make you feel awful! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are not difficult for your body to digest and process. You digest them more quickly than other things which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.
Green tea is wonderful for moods. You just knew it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea is loaded with an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have found that this amino acid basically stimulates brain waves. This will better your brain’s concentration while simultaneously relaxing the rest of your body. You already knew green tea could help you feel better. Now you know that green tea helps you to lift your moods also!
