To get started with this recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can cook wicked-easy queso dip using 3 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.
The ingredients needed to make Wicked-easy Queso Dip:
- Take 1 (24 oz.) jar chunky salsa (or equal amount of homemade salsa)
- Prepare 1 packet velveeta cheese sauce (or more, there's 3 in a box)
- Prepare 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
Steps to make Wicked-easy Queso Dip:
- In a large mixing bowl, with a mixer, beat the cheese sauce and cream cheese together until smooth.
- Dump in your salsa and use the mixer to blend it in well, occasionally using a rubber spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl….don't wanna miss blending in any of the cheesy goodness or the salsa!
- Pour into a plastic container you can heat up later if you wish, or pour it into a small crockpot on low to allow it to warm up if you like………………………………I personally eat this stuff right out of the fridge. Don't worry too much about it spoiling in the fridge…it rarely lasts long enough to go bad lol but even so, the ingredients in the salsa gives it a pretty decent life span. I've never had a batch to spoil yet, but that's because it gets devoured so quickly!

A lot of us have been taught to think that comfort foods are not good and to be avoided. Sometimes, if the comfort food is a high sugar food or some other junk food, this is very true. Otherwise, comfort foods can be very healthy and good for you. Some foods honestly do improve your mood when you eat them. The B vitamin family can be terrific for elevating your mood. This is because they help in bettering the function of your neural transmitters, the components of your brain that control your mood. Try consuming some eggs to jolly up!
Make a trail mix out of seeds and/or nuts. Your mood can be raised by eating peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc. This is possible as these foods have a bunch of magnesium which boosts serotonin production. Serotonin is a feel-good substance that directs the brain how to feel at any given moment. The more serotonin you have, the more pleasant you will feel. Not just that, nuts, particularly, are a terrific source of protein.
Cold water fish are excellent if you would like to feel better. Salmon, herring, tuna fish, mackerel, trout, etcetera, they’re all loaded with omega-3s and DHA. Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that promote the quality and the function of your brain’s gray matter. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can earnestly elevate your mood.
Some grains are truly wonderful for driving away bad moods. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are terrific at helping you feel happier. They can help you feel full for longer also, which is a mood improver. It’s not difficult to feel low when you feel famished! These grains can elevate your mood as it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your glucose levels which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.
Your mood could truly be helped by green tea. You knew green tea had to be in this article somewhere, right? Green tea is loaded with an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while at the same time calming your body. You probably already knew how easy it is to be healthy when you drink green tea. Now you are aware that it helps you to lift your moods too!
