  1. Soak saate stick in water. Cut dice Paneer. Roast Sauf and cardamom. Roast besan in butter.
  2. For paste :-Take Fennel seeds cardamom garlic chilli ginger in a mixie jar add 1tbsp. Water and churn.
  3. For Merination :-Take a mixture of paste lemon juice saffron pepper powder roasted besan pinch turmeric powder chaat masala mix well add cream and mix properly. Merinate paneer for 1/2hr. And fix it in saate stick
  4. Now put a sizzling tray to sizzle add oil. And put all paneer saate stick to sizzle. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice. Turn another sides and sizzle. Take out in a plate serve hot sprinkle chaat masala lemon juice. garnish with baby tomato lemon and coriander.
