  1. Take 500 gms chicken mince
  2. Make ready 2 fried onions
  3. Prepare 3-4 green chillies
  4. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  6. Make ready 1 tsp garam masala
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. Take 1 tbsp bread crumbs
  9. Take as required Coriander leaves
  10. Get as per taste Salt
Instructions to make Sizzling Gola Kebabs:
  1. In a blender add mince, fried onions, chillies, coriander leaves, breadcrumbs & all the spices. Blend till all mix well.
  2. In a pan add little oil as we will shallow fry on very medium flame.
  3. Take a straw, wet your palms take a small ball of mixture. Coat around the straw & give shape. - Make all the golas & shallow fry.
  4. If not serving on sizzler plate then give coal dhungar & serve.
  5. For serving on sizzler plate. - Heat the plate for 15 mins add 1 tsp oil & sliced onion to plate & cook. As it's hot will take a minute only.
  6. Now from pan pour the kebabs on the plate along with some oil. - Serve hot with chutney on side.
