- Take 2 packets Oreo biscuit
- Prepare as required Melted butter

Steps to make Sizzling brownie:
- Take a bowl, to that add 2 pkt crushed oreo biscuits.
- Now add 4tbsp powdered sugar, 1tbsp melted butter, mix it well.
- To that add half cup milk. Whisk the mixture well. Then add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.
- Transfer the batter to a cake tin and bake the cake for 10-15 mins
- Brownie is ready. Divide it into 4 square parts. Now take a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Put it over Brownie.
- Take a sizzler plate or Tawa. Heat it over medium flame for 5 mins. Now take that plate or Tawa but Brownie and ice cream over it. Lastly add the chocolate sauce and see the sizzling Brownie is prepared

It’s not difficult to drive away your bad mood when you are eating grains. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are terrific at helping you feel happier. You digest these foods more quickly than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.
Green tea is actually good for your mood. You just knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea is found to be chock-full of an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have shown that this amino acid basically induces brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while also relaxing the rest of your body. You probably already knew it is not difficult to get healthy when you consume green tea. Now you are aware that green tea helps you to raise your moods as well!
