- Take a square cake mould, line it with butter paper grease it with oil and dust it with maida. Add 1 tsp baking powder to the batter and mix well, pour the brownie batter in the mould and spread it evenly, bake the brownie in 180•c preheated oven for 15 min. To check the brownie, insert a knife or skewer in it should come out clean. Let the brownie cool down and cut in square pieces.
