- Prepare as needed oil
Instructions to make Honey Glazed Sesame Chicken:
- Wash the chicken properly and marinate with ginger garlic paste, turmeic powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice and salt. Keep it in the fridge at least for 3-4 hours.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add marinated chicken and fry for 5-7 minutes. Remove and keep aside.
- In another pan heat 2 tsp oil. Add chopped garlic, then ginger and green chilli. Fry for 1 minute. Next add onion, capsicum and a pinch of salt. Fry for 2 minutes. Then add soya sauce and chilli-tomato sauce. Saute for few seconds. Add 1/3 cup of water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add the fried chicken. Add black pepper powder and honey. Mix them well and cook for 5-7 minutes. Switch of the flame.
- Serve hot gararnished with roasted sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves. This goes well with roti, naan or paratha.
