  1. Take 1 cup anchovies
  2. Prepare To blend

  9. Take 20 - 25 nos chillies chilli dried (boiled) OR prepared dried paste

  13. Make ready 5 nos cherry tomato
  14. Prepare Yellow onion chopped
  15. Make ready 1 tbs brown sugar jaggery or
  16. Prepare cucumber cut lengthwise or round
  17. Get one handfull ground nut roast
Steps to make Anchovies Sambal:
  1. Heat oil in wok
  2. Fry anchovies place Set aside
  3. Fry yellow chopped onion Set aside
  4. Reduce oil and add in the blended ingredients. Stir and cook for 15 minutes until the oil parts.
  5. Allow the gravy to boil a few times add in tamarind and sugar.
  6. Add in the yellow fried onion, cherry tomato  cook  a few minutes.
  7. Add  anchovies until mix well. Check for salt.(use less salt)
  8. Dish out and ready to be served with Nasi Lemak (Coconut Rice)
  9. Tips : in this paste you can replace anchovies with fried egg,fried tofu, fried fish,cockerel meat,squid and chicken.
