  1. Take 1 cat fish
  2. Take to taste Seasonings
  3. Prepare 1 pinch salt
  4. Get Round cut onions
  5. Take 3 tblspns of oil
  6. Take Blended scotch bonnet,onions,ginger,pepper and garlic
  7. Get 1 tspn of lemon juice
Instructions to make Grilled Cat Fish:
  1. In a bowl cut ir fish and wash it thoroughly
  2. Add in the blended scotch bonnet,onions,pepper,ginger,garlic and mix
  3. Add in the oil, salt and seasonings and mix
  4. Cover the bowl with a cling film and allow it to marinate in fridge for 30 mins or more
  5. Pre heat oven and spread the fish on foil paper and place it on a baking tray and add in the round cutted onions
  6. Bake for 45min-1hr…enjoy
  7. Served mine with macaroni
