  1. Prepare Fine grain wholemeal bread
  2. Take Round cabbage, quarter or half size
  3. Prepare 1 piece Fried fish cake,
  4. Prepare 1 piece Tomato,
  5. Take Cooking oil

Instructions to make Out of this world sandwich:
  1. Cut fried fish cake into bite size. Cut tomato into slices. Cut cabbage into bite size.
  2. Heat cooking oil in frying pan with medium heat. The amount is approximately about half centimeter depth. Stir fry both fish cake and cabbage till fragrant.
  3. Prepare the sliced tomato onto the bread, followed by cabbage and fish cake. It will look like my photo. Itadakimasu ā™”

This is possible because these foods have a bunch of magnesium which promotes serotonin production. Serotonin is known as the “feel good” substance that our body produces and it tells your brain how you should be feeling at all times. The more serotonin you have, the happier you are going to feel. Not only that but nuts, specifically, are a terrific protein food source.

Cold water fish are excellent if you are wanting to be in a better mood. Cold water fish such as tuna, trout and wild salmon are rich in DHA and omega-3s. DHA and omega-3s are two things that actually help the grey matter in your brain function a lot better. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can actually help you fight back depression.

Some grains are really excellent for fighting off bad moods. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are excellent at helping you feel better. They fill you up better and that can help you with your moods also. Feeling hungry can truly make you feel awful! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are not difficult for your body to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your glucose levels which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is excellent for moods. You were sure green tea had to be included in this article, right? Green tea has been found to be packed full of an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This helps improve your mental sharpness while relaxing the rest of your body. You knew green tea could help you be healthier. Now you know that green tea can elevate your mood too!

So you see, you don’t need to eat junk food or foods that are terrible for you just so to feel better! Try several of these instead!
