  1. Take 1 small bowl of yogurt
  2. Get 1 tbsp chili powder
  3. Get 1 tsp black pepper
  4. Get 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp gg paste
  6. Get Salt
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp garam masala
  8. Get 1 tbsp haldi
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp chat masala
  10. Prepare 1 tsp chili flakes
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp Lahori chargha masala
  12. Prepare Chicken full
Steps to make Lahori Chargha:
  1. Firstly wash chicken.
  2. Dry and put deep cuts on it.
  3. Take yogurt, add chilli powder, black pepper, lemon juice, gg paste, salt 2 tbsp or as per your taste, garam masala, haldi, chat masala, chili flakes & Lahori chargha masala.mix it well.
  4. Marinate chicken in this mixture for 4 hours.
  5. Now bake the chargha chicken in oven for half an hour until golden brown and cooked properly.
  6. Lastly sprinkle chat masala and serve with paratha,fries,salad, chutney and raita.
