  1. Oil garam kr k tamam masala jaat daal dien. Halka sa pka ke ginger garlic paste daal dien. 1 min pakny dien phir dahi daal dien or 1 min pkayein.
  2. 2 cup chanay eik side pr kr dien or ½ cup channay ko pees lien. Or masalay mien daal kr pkayein.
  3. Jb oil nikalny lggay to baki 2 cup chanay daal kr mix krein. Or 2 cup pani daal kr pakny dien.
  4. Jbb channay pakny lggym to chaat masala daal dein or pkny dien.
  5. Jb ghee surface pr aa jaye to harri michon or julian cut ginger se garnish kr k serve krein.
