- Oil garam kr k tamam masala jaat daal dien. Halka sa pka ke ginger garlic paste daal dien. 1 min pakny dien phir dahi daal dien or 1 min pkayein.
- 2 cup chanay eik side pr kr dien or ½ cup channay ko pees lien. Or masalay mien daal kr pkayein.
- Jb oil nikalny lggay to baki 2 cup chanay daal kr mix krein. Or 2 cup pani daal kr pakny dien.
- Jbb channay pakny lggym to chaat masala daal dein or pkny dien.
- Jb ghee surface pr aa jaye to harri michon or julian cut ginger se garnish kr k serve krein.
