  7. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. Make ready 4 tsp curd

  13. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Instructions to make Tasty Aloo Lahori:
  1. Dry roast red whole Chilli cumin seeds and coriander seeds.grind in a mixer.Now put onions,tomatoes,poppy seeds,coconut and curd in a mixer jar grind it and make a paste.
  2. Now in a pan heat oil.add ginger garlic paste.saute for a minute till raw smell gone.Add prepared paste.
  3. Saute the paste.cover it and cook till it become thick and oil separates from the masala on low flame add salt mix well.Now add fried and boiled potato pieces(fry boil potato in a pan for 2 mins in 2 tsp oil).Mix well,add grounded masala. Add deghi mirch powder.
  4. Mix well,add water,cover and cook for 4 mins on low flame.Sprinkle garam masala.Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with chapati and poori.
