- Dono dalon ko bht Achi tarhan blend karein ky koi daal ka zra na bachy dono dalin achi tarhan pees chuki hain
- Ab is amezy may 1tbsp bhuna pisa zeera dal dein 1tbsp salt,1tbsp backing powder dal dein
- Ab mix kar lein or 10 minute ky liy alag rakh dein
- Ab 1 karahi may frying ky liy oil dal kar garam kar lein oil garam ho jay tu laddu peethi ky mixture ko spoon sy Achi tarhan mix kar ky garam oil main 1 spoon ki madaad sy dal dein or medium low fleam par pakin
- Jab dono taraf golden colour ajay to oil sy nikal lein ab laddu peethi wale taiyar hain ab chutney taiyar karin
- For khati meethi chutney :1 pot may 3/cup pani dal kar 1 cup imli shamil kar dein or mix kar lein
- Ab 1 tesp salt dal dein 1.5 cup cheeni 1/tbsp dardari laal mirch or 1/tesp laal mirch dal dein or mix kar ky medium low fleam par pakin
- Jab thik ho jay to fleam off kar dein
