  1. ثابت چکن پر گہرے کٹ لگائیں اور اسے اچھی طرح دھو کر ایک تسلے میں رکھیں اور سفید سرکہ اور زردے کا رنگ ملا کر چکن پر اچھی طرح لگا دیں۔
  2. اب دہی میں لال مرچ ،کالی مرچ ،سفید زیرہ، نمک اور چرغہ مصالحہ اچھی طرح ملائیں۔

  5. پھر بڑی کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اور چکن کو ڈیپ فرائی کرکے گولڈن براؤن کریں۔
  6. اس کے بعد چکن کو دوبارہ دیگچی میں ڈال کر لیموں کا رس شامل کرکے پانچ منٹ دم پر رکھ دیں ۔مزے دار لاہوری چرغہ تیار ہے۔
