Instructions to make Lahori chicken:
- First Marinate the chicken with ginger and garlic paste and keep it for at least an hour. Now in a pan add oil, put the Marinated chicken. Fry it for 6-7 min. Then add the chopped gree Chile fry it. Then add the onion paste and again fry it.
- Now add the chopped tomatoes and let it cook. When it gets smashy add the red chilli and turmeric powder. Let it cook. When the masala is cooked add the beaten curd
- Now let the curd mix. Now add the coriander powder and garam masala powder. Let it cook. Add salt to taste. When oil starts coming out of the masala. Put water to it and let it cook. Finally add chopped coriander and mint leaves. Serve it with roti/paratha /naan.
