  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Heat the oil and add the onion and fry it.
  3. Then add the boil meat in the oil and cook on medium flame until water released by meat dries (may take 5-6 minutes)
  4. Add Ginger, garlic and cook for 30-50 seconds
  5. Add Red Chili and Turmeric Powder, cloves,salt and black powder cook for one minute.
  6. Now add yoghurt (little blended), immediately add ½ cup water, mix well and cover for 10-12 minutes (must check and stir after every 3-4 minutes).
  7. Check salt after 12 minutes, add more if required.
  8. Add Tomato, mix well, add ½ cup of water and cover for 8-10 minutes (Check after every 3 minutes)
  9. Mix well, mash all tomatos and cook until oil separates
  10. Add Coriander powder and green chilies and cook it
  11. Garnish with fresh cilantro and green chilies
