- Get 1 cup gram flour
- Prepare 1/4 tsp red food colour
- Prepare 1 tsp salt
- Get 2 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1 egg
- Prepare water to make paste if required

- Get 2 Tbsp Urad daal (mash daal)washed & socked 2 hour & drain
- Prepare 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
- Take 1 Tbsp coriander seeds
- Take 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- Get 2/3 green chilli chopped (optional)

Steps to make Lahori katlama:
- In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and oil. - Gradually add water and knead well to form a dough,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In bowl,add gram flour,red chili powder,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,salt,red food color and egg mix well. - Gradually add water if required and mix well to make a thick paste.
- Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again,take a small dough,make a ball and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin make a chapatti as your desired shape.
- Spread prepared paste,sprinkle dried seeds and green chilli and mash daal press gently with hand or back of spoon. - In wok,heat oil and fry katlama until nice and light crispy. - Serve hot with green raita. - Enjoy !
