  10. Prepare 3 tbsp ●Cooking sake
  11. Make ready 1 as required Dashi stock
  12. Prepare 1 to preference Sesame oil

  1. These are the ingredients. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water, boil the pork, and cut everything into small pieces.
  2. Wash the rice, then add the ● seasonings and add dashi stock in place of water (you could also add the liquid from soaking the shiitake mushrooms).
  3. Add all the ingredients from Step 1 except the green onions and start the rice cooker.
  4. Once it has cooked, mix in the sesame oil and green onions. Check the taste. If it's too weak, add some salt. It's ready!
  5. I added Hijiki and sesame oil make a great combination!
