Instructions to make Jackfruit Tacos or Wraps:
  1. Chop the garlic & onions then fry both in oil in a frying pan.
  2. Then add Jackfruit, mixed beans (or chickpeas) & green bell pepper.
  3. Cover in cajun seasoning, then cook for around 3 minutes and mix occasionally.
  4. Once cooked add the mixture to a wrap or taco.
  5. Add Salad Leaves, Jalapeños & Crème fraîche (vegan) on top.
