  1. First for avocado wrap - in a big bowl take ripe avocado and mash it with spoon.Now add coriander leaves to it.Mix well.
  2. Now add whole wheat flour,salt,turmeric,cumin seeds and clarified butter to the avocado and mix all ingredients well.Now knead the dough by adding little water. Dough is ready.
  3. Now take small portion of dough and make small size ball with it.repeat this process with remaining dough.Now roll the balls with rolling pin and make thin roti.
  4. Take a pan and put this roti on tawa and half cook this roti from both sides by using little oil or ghee.repeat this process and make more tortillas like this.avacado tortillas are ready.
  5. For stuffing - first drain all the water from moong dal and wash it properly.Then take a pan, add 2tsp oil in it,add cumin seeds,mustard seeds.Then add ginger green chilli paste and cook for 2 minutes.Then add soaked moong dal.
  6. Now add turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder and salt.Mix all ingredients well and cover it and cook for 5-7 minutes.Now add chopped spinach into this and again cook for 3-4 minutes.Stuffing is ready.
  7. Now for wrap - take one avocado tortilla and put 2 tsp stuffing on it and roll it like wrap.
  8. Now take a pan,put 1 tsp oil on it and now put wrap on it and cook from both sides. Repeat this process and make more wraps.Spinach stuffed avocado wrap is ready to serve.
