- Add gram flour, spinach puree, curd, green chilli, ginger, red chilii, salt and carom seeds in a bowl.
- Add water (as needed) to make lumps free smooth batter of flowing consistency. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- To make stuffing add oil in a pan, then add onions and cook it for 1 minute.
- Add capsicum and cook for a minute.
- Then add paneer, red chilli, turmeric, salt, garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
- Now heat non stick tava on low flame, spread a bit of oil on it. Then take a ladle full of spinach batter and pour it on the tawa. Gently with the back of the ladle, begin to spread the batter. Spread lightly and gently.
- On the low flame cook it till the top begins to look cooked. Then put stuffing on middle of it and roll out the wrap.
- Cut it in to two or three pieces,garnish it with cheese and serve it with tomato sauce.
