  1. Boil and Peel the eggs. With the help of sharp knife, slice off a very thin layer from the base of the egg.
  2. Now cut top third of the egg in zigzag shape and squeeze out yellow part from eggs.
  3. Take one bowl, in this bowl add egg yolk, mayonnaise, butter, salt, black pepper, chaat Masala. Mix it together until it become smooth paste.
  4. Take one piping bag. Place the egg yolk mixture into a pastry bag with round opening.
  5. Fill this Egg mixture into the bottom of each egg white.
  6. Cut carrot in tringle shape for hands, legs and lip. place carrot as leg, hand and lip. Now carefully place two black pepper for eyes.
  7. Serve it with fun.
