Instructions to make Rice flour Chakli😋😋:
- Take 1 bowl add rice flour,gram flour & all purpose flour together.
- Add all spices red chilli powder, turmeric powder,black pepper & salt mix all together.
- Add cumin seeds & sesame seeds & 1 spoon hot oil in a mixture.
- Mix well & make a soft dough with Lukewarm water & keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Take vok in a medium flame add oil in it for deep frying.
- Put some oil in hands & take small portion of dough & make it soft as possible through hands.
- Grease Chakli stand with oil then fill it with small portion of dough.
- When oil is heated make 4 or 5 Chakli with Chakli stand then deep frying till golden brown with both the sides.
- Crispy Chakli is ready keep in airtight container.
Take your chakli or murukku maker and add some water. Place a piece of the dough inside it. Close the lid tightly and press the chakli maker to prepare the chakli. Chaklis have always been one of my most favourite snacks!
