- Use kitchen scissors to cut out the rough shapes from 2 slices of bread.
- This one is rather big.
- Using the tips of the scissors, cut little by little, especially the corners, to fine-tune the shape. Compared to Step 3, it has a much better shape, right??
- It's okay if the two slices aren't exactly the same size. ^ ^ If you use the larger slice for the top piece, no one will be able to tell~ Spread the jam on one side of the smaller piece of bread. (This time, I used peanut cream)
- Make into a sandwich, and adjust the corners as needed.
- Using a warmed deco pen, draw the face and ribbon. Put the sugar candy heart on the center of the ribbon to finish. When the chocolate has dried, you can pack it into a bento.
- You can put it in a clear bag or a bento. This one is on top of a jam roll sandwich.

These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your blood glucose which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.
Green tea is fantastic for moods. You just knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea is loaded with an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have found that this particular amino acid can actually induce brain waves. This will better your brain’s concentration while also relaxing the rest of your body. You likely already knew it is not hard to become healthy when you drink green tea. Now you know that green tea can improve your mood as well!
